For the 991.2 generation (MY 2018/2019) of the GT3, 2,915 cars were produced for the U.S. Of those, 883 were ordered with spoilers and PDK, and 13% were ordered in Chalk paint. This generation GT3 produced 500hp and 339tq from a 4.0L flat-six engine. With a weight of just over 3,100 lbs, 0 to 60 was just 3 seconds, with 11-second quarter-mile times.
This GT3 was special-ordered by the current owner on March 15th, 2018 and built on September 3rd, 2018. It was one of the last 2018 GT3s built and was delivered new on October 26th, 2018 by Circle Porsche of Long Beach, California. It was well-optioned with the following from the factory:

The current owner is a mature Orange County enthusiast who’s always been a fan of Porsches and motorsports. He specially ordered this GT3 from Circle Porsche with no plans to ever sell it. For the past 6 years, he’s only added 5,900 miles of light weekend use. He never tracked it or abused it. Unfortunately, due to some unexpected health issues, he isn’t able to drive it and asked us to help find the next caretaker. During his care, he serviced it at Newport Auto Center, the local Porsche dealer. It never needed anything major. It’s due for an oil service just from time and not miles. We will provide a fresh oil service for the next owner. Services performed include:
- PPF (paint protection film) installed over entire front end (2018/2019)
- Oil service, brake system checked, safety inspection (9/19 @ 2,563 miles)
- Intermediate service/inspection (11/21 @ 3,929 miles)
- Oil service
- Replace right rear tire due to leak
- Interstate battery

The condition of this GT3 is spectacular as you would expect from a low-mile, 1-mature owner example. The exterior looks new with barely any signs of use. It was difficult to find any flaws. The paint is original and verified with a paint meter. All the exterior lights work properly. The glass is all original, including the windshield. There are no significant chips or scratches, and all the proper factory stampings are present. The factory center-lock wheels have no curb rash and are wearing Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires with about half-life remaining. 3 are the original tires with date stamps around the middle of 2018. The right rear tire was replaced 3 years ago and has 2k miles on it/ a bit more than half-life. The ceramic brakes have no signs of wear and near full life remaining.
The interior looks equally as nice with no visible signs of wear. The leather/Alcantara seats have no cracking or other damage and hardly any wear on the exit bolsters. The carpet has no stains or heavy wear marks. The headliner, carpet, and dash all look new. All the gauges work properly as do the A/C, stereo, and all other power functions. The front axle lift operates quickly with a press of a button on the center console.
This GT3 drives like new. Everything feels tight and responsive. The power is linear and strong throughout the rev range. The brakes have excellent bite with incredible stopping power. The car tracks straight and the handling is precise. The PDK transmissions shifts smoothly through all the gears. This example is stock with no modifications beyond the PPF on the front end.
California registration expires in October of 2024 and it passes all smog/emissions testing.
This GT3 comes with 2 master keys painted in body color, red leather Porsche logo key fob, leather Porsche key case, original owner’s manuals with maintenance booklet, original window sticker, build/order sheet, original floor mats, air compressor, flat repair kit, tool kit, Porsche branded CTek battery tender that plugs into the 12V receiver, and the center-lock wheel nut socket.

The owner of this GT3 has always been a huge motorsports fan and was able to get into the pits of pro
races at a very young age. He always looked forward to the day he could own a race car.
Throughout his life, he’s enjoyed many fun sports cars, but nothing compared to this Porsche GT3, which he special-ordered new.
For the past 6 years, he’s lightly enjoyed it around town. This was as close as he was going to get to experience a race car of his own.
Unfortunately, he suffered a stroke a few months back and is no longer able to enjoy this special car.
As I head out on another driving adventure in my personal GT3, I know that as each day passes, there’s one less drive to be had.
I’m sure Benjamin Franklin was talking about driving your dream car when he said, “Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today.”
